• We have a GPS tracking device for our shore desk to let them track closely and to provide advanced weather information. We can also provide assistance should anything go wrong; our wide network is able to manage the situation, order parts and organise engineers etc. This tracking system also lets you see the position of your yacht on a map, the track we sailed and the longitude and latitude of your vessel.

• We assess your yacht and its systems upon arrival to give you a full picture of its condition and an outlay of any repairs or modifications that might be necessary. We will make sure your yacht receives a deep clean and is in excellent condition upon delivery, ready to be sailed.

• We take generous amount of time for the preparation, delivery and then the post delivery checking and cleaning. We allow for an extra amount of time when providing a quotation for likely weather related delays and will state the likely number of days the delivery should take.
